I am looking for an expert in industrial food preservation and packaging techniques.

Subject are vegan products after processing (e.g. extraction, mixing...) and after forming into solid pieces (bite sizes). Some of these products are pasteurized and need a cooled/frozen supply chain, others are raw (no temp treatment) and require an ambient supply chain (snacking).

In scope are packagings like flow pack, stand-up bags, formed synthetics, etc. What are the most sustainable packagings that still enable the functionality of holding a protective gas? What are valid alternatives for protective gas packagings? Any experiences with compostable packagings?

What are the newest methods/process and respective packagings?
